Welcome to my work in progress!! I'm redesigning my myspace page to include my recent work. I'm a freelance makeup artist and a liscensed esthetician. After working for Aveda in downtown KC for a few years I decided to take time off to be with my baby boy when he was born. I had my clients coming to my house for a while focusing mainly on brow design and waxing while still doing minimal freelance makeup work. After my second son was born I stopped entirely. Now both of my little guys are out of the baby-stage and I miss makeup. I love the creative satisfaction it provides me. I'm currently working with publications like "Her Life Magazine" and local photographer Heather Morrow of Hocus Focus Photo. I have some weddings on the schedule and other miscellaneous fashion shoots. Can't wait for more!!

Dude - Aunt Jane had Maxwell as her waiter and recognized him from the last time she saw him (around when he was 3 and Nick was in her class!). Can you believe she knew it was him!

No biggie. Just call when you have time. God knows I'm not doing much these days. And just so you know the bun in the oven is a girl. My brothers are heartbroken but my mom is ecstatic.(for obvious reasons) Anyways, hope all is well and I hope to hear from you soon.

it was great working with you on thursday. you did a killer job on hair, makeup and styling! i can't wait to really dive in and start editing, but this shot definitely shows off your mad skills!
