Het experiment niet schuwend, smeedden zij een plan om na de zomer zoveel mogelijk podia een avond van intensieve dansmuziek te geven. De 'Who Broke My Beats' tour was geboren. Rotterdammers 'Deformer', 'Pornologic' en 'Atiq & Enk', timmeren al een tijdje aan de weg en waren onder andere de grote winnaars van de Grote Prijs van Zuid Holland 2006 en 2007. Dordtenaar 'Charly Linch' staat bekend om zijn energieke livesets en 'Benefit of the Boomerang' zoekt met ritmische precisie de grenzen van het dansbare op. Vijf acts die een breed scala aan elektronische muziek de revue zullen laten passeren, van elektro tot jungle en van breakbeat tot breakcore.
Six breakbeatgurus from the Netherlands decided to join forces and deliver fresh and progressive beats to the people. Together they forged a plan to visit as many places as possible to perform their intense dance music. The 'Who Broke My Beats' tour was born. Rotterdam-based 'Deformer, 'Pornologic' and 'Atiq & Enk' are all veterans who, among other things, were the winners of the GPZH 2006 and 2007. 'Charly Linch' from Dordrecht is well known for his energetic livesets and 'Benefit of the Boomerang' uses rhythmic precision to seek the boundaries of dancability. Five acts on a journey through a wide scala of electronic genres, from elektro to jungle, and from breakbeat to breakcore.

For the latest XLR8R Podcast, Daly City Records label boss David Wang, better known as Mochipet, showcases many different sounds from his label (as well as the many different ways one can wear a purple jumpsuit). Starting with his own tracks, off his Master P on Atari release, Wang unrolls a mix of future bass, warped hip-hop, and crunked-out electro, weaving in cuts from Eprom, The Flying Skulls, Lupe Fiasco, and his own remix of Jamie Lidell's "Little Bit of Feel Good." And there's that take on "Thriller," from the unreleased and brilliantly titled Michael Jackson Loves Dubstep.
