Wholesale Meat Music is an Independent Adelaide based Grunge/Indie/Experimental record label dedicated to promoting live music and releasing new music to the unsuspecting public of Adelaide.
Wholesale Meat Music aims to encourage the Adelaide music scene e.g. generally force everyone to make music together and enjoy themselves. We're attempting do this by bringing together a group of bands who share a similar ethos and are generally fairly uncompromising in what they do without being overly serious wankers. Throughout it's existence Wholesale Meat Music will endeavour to bring bands together by releasing as much new music as humanly possible in various forms such as EP's, split EP's, full Albums, DVD's and broader compilations of both studio and live recordings. Also everyone should listen to each other and get pumped.

If any Adelaidians are interested in joining Wholesale Meat as a band, solo musician (by sending us a demo track or two), to help us fuck over the man, or would simply like a copy of any of the albums available send us a message on myspace and we will get in touch.
Note to artists: Please do not be offended if your demo submission is not accepted, we are not the wealthy aristocrats we appear to be and as a result must choose which bands we accept very carefully and our aim is to focus primarily on Grunge/Indie/Alternative rock bands, however this is all subject to our tastes really so if you're completely amazing then you might find success.
