"Kind of like if Guided By Voices wrote longer songs- or if the Pixies wrote shorter ones"
If the band WHO SHOT HOLLYWOOD were a TV show, it would be called "Who Shot Hollywood" and would feature four young guys, ages 12-14, from Amherst and Northampton MA, who are in a rock band. The characters would be brothers Lucas (bass and lead vocals) and Dana Kendall (drums and vocals), along with guitarist
Lucas Graham and keyboardist Eamon Wick. The show would trace the lives of the fellows as they write and practice their original songs; record their songs in studios with funny and smart engineers and producers; perform live at venues like Pearl Street and Iron Horse in Northampton as well as Bowery Ballroom, Mercury Lounge and Cake Shop in New York City and The Middle East Nightclub in Cambridge, MA. The show would have rock star guests like Ted Leo, John Hodgman, Thurston Moore, The Fray and Mission of Burma saying stuff like "these guys are really good! I'm glad they opened our shows!” The show would also include the small Midwest tour they did in March of 2008 with bands such as British Sea Power. Stuff like that. We think it would be a pretty good show.
Hey there guys. I just wanted to let you know that Too Much Rock posted up photos from your gig on Tuesday March 18th, 2008 at Schubas in Chicago, IL with Glorytellers.
Whats up? I found this site and thought i'd tell everyone, it shows you if anyone at school likes you. I dont know how it works but its really cool, it told me a couple different people who have crushes on me since gradeschool. You gotta try it!
