new book that i will be picking up is STOLEN LIVES..lives taken w/o a persons free will.that is going above excessive force.that where police brutality steps in.our love ones are stalked,choked,going above the measure of a taser gun{5 sec.=50,000volts}.but a taser in a bad cops hands and youhave 4 cops 0n 1 unarmed handcuffed young man tasering him over 22 sec.=220,000 volts.than gets beaten like a piece of meat by kpd:strausbaugh,kpd:weidner...michael never resisted..hands behind his back in cuffs.ever see anyone get beaten like a piece of meat?next they cops dragged mike to his nissian <.kruger tasered mike..for 5 more sec.just think in the state of wi.you get an award if you shoot an unarmed,handcuffed ,21 yr .old in the head.and than get an award from the wppa.doesnt that just top it all.after you shot him in the head...an assisian award more like it.

my son michael was my hero.he was the one to teach me to be strong.people judge you so badly.him and i wouldhave to sit down and talk about that.he was my rock.when things got tough we could always fine and answer.he could buid me anything.he alway bought be flowers said beautiful people should have beautiful thing.1 yr it was so many differnt kids of flyers.the day i locked the keys in my van and he had to come home from school and open the door for me.i called him my knight in shinning amror.he just made sure i was fime and got me in the house and hurried to get back to school ,testing was going on.he was my rock.he taught me how to stay strong.when you feel weak make a small fest and stand strong.my super model.if i got sick from working our business hed take me home and mike and the girls would finish.i didnt have to worry.he thought he depended on me when it was the other way around.michael,could cook,clean,put in ceramic flooring,new lights,carpets,elec.he could build a house and tear it down.worked more 3 jobs.went to school.paid his bills,worked w/his dads busisness.and our cleaning service.also was going to college.a total go getter.and was looking into his first realestate deal.his plate was full.he had the best friends in the world.a family that loved him and was moving forward.he is my hero.he would never let anyone ever hurt any of us in our family.he was also working this co.called excel ..wanting to get all his friends a job in there so they all could make money.he had excellent traits.AND MY OTHER 2 HEROS ARE MY DAUGHTERS SHANTAE BELL AND SONDRA PARRA
About me: i lost my son michael edward bell 3-3-83-11-9-2004.he was only 21 yrs.old .he never made it to his 22 nd birthday,if you do turn arould 11-9 around it is sept.the day our whole u.s. nation changed.same for myself michael's mom,his dad,his 2 sisters.his realitives.and the rest off friends and family.it has been over 1 yr.and i just can'tbelieve hes gone. the young man that was loved by so many.how he made a big difference in everyones life that he was part of or in.everyone loved michael.michael was part of me.a man of our house hold for 15 yrs.since my divorce.he did a super job in his role. no one could of done it better.he loved life,he loved his friends ,but, more than ever he loved his family.he always had an excellent joke to tell or a funny story.you could sit down with michael and talk about michael.i really enjoyed that.he always had so many wonderful friends.which his friends mean the world to me. he was always the best santa.always good at everything.i lost him a yr.ago those few sec.of him getting shot was the worst night of my life.trying to do something as 2 cops in the back yard are on my son knee and kicking a 21 yr.old in handcuffs.and than him moving away from shantae and myself and than all 4 cops here.why it took no time was because kpd:strausbaughkpd:weidner,gonzales ,and krueger where already here.so,they pinned himto his stausbaugh said something to michael before he laid mikes head on his parked nissan=mike wasin shock.than strausbaugh screams with weindner next to him as they are pinning michael down under the security lights.you could not miss nothing.there's broken glass from the cops breaking it .and strausbaugh screaming mikes got the gun.the refection from the hand cuffsare shinning of mikes hands as hes trying to get them off of him.4 deaf cops.blind too.as we are screamimg he doesnt have the gun cant you see that dont shhot.they looked at me kile i was crazy.and i am screaming for someone to help us.no one is helping they pinned mike on his car i started to go back up againto stop them .they screamed for me to get back again and shot mike in the head they never looked to see if mike ever had the gun.they pinned him down,heard 2 crushing dent w/all the 4 cops force.and than they shot him in the head.why because they can do anything thing they want to anyone of us at any given time.these 3 out 4 cops got an award from the wppa for a job well done.it wasnt given to a cop that saved someones life put to corrupt cops.they didnt deserve any of this what they should of got was life in jail.but,a cop can come right up and kill you.thats there right.THIS IS HOW IT GOES WITH THE DIRECTOR OF LEGAL SERVICES"one of the significant things about police officers is that they are privileged to use deadly force.that's what sets them off from the rest of the world"quote by gordon e.mc quillen{director}my son got shot in 4.5mins.and it has changed my life for the rest of my life.to see my son get shot right in front of my oldest daughter and myself.my life just doent seem real anymore.we came home from a milw. hospital where michael heart quit beating right before the doors opened.we had to call my family and tell them to drive to our home my michael couldnt make .as they pumped the blood in his body it went out threw his head.he didnt didnt really have a chance.i thought my son could take anything.that they could sew up his head .he just lost to much blood.my son passed away.me myself will never be the same.my family is not the same.to this day i cant believe it so.but it is and the pain is so bad it stings.its worse than any pain i could ever have.god i miss him so so much and i love him so so much god id do anthing to have him walk in the door again.now it is standing up and fighting for justice,change,in making sure people see this is serious,with all this going on there has to be change in laws.and it sworking very slowly just taking some time.but,not a waste of time at all.

That is the problem with increasing police powers, increasing laws and restricting freedoms. They will be abused and extended by the people delivering them as with Nazi Germany and Guantanamo Bay people are inventive when it comes to cruelty and abuse.

I am so sorry to hear what happened it makes me sick that humans cannot stop hurting each other, i believe your son like you, me and everyone is an infinite soul and now sees this universe as it really is - infinite. This is beyond tragic and is absolutely inexcusable. I have a 3 year old son and I can not even imagine sharing my life with him and watching him grow just to end up a victim of the corrupt system. This infuriates me to see and hear this, but what it worse is that this occurs at levels we as Americans should never sit and let pass by without true justice.
My father was a cop for most of his life and through all his years of service not once did he shoot another person; in fact, I remember hearing stories of how incrediably calm and rational he always was on duty.
Funny thing is I have always been extremely liberal whereas my father was just the opposite. Republican, serve your country, don't drive over the speed limit...yeah completely not me.
I have a completely different outlook on cops because of my father. I see that most cops are corrupt just like the system. Heres an example...A cop witnesses another fellow cop beating the crap out of someone and they do nothing. They don't stop it and they turn their heads. Cops DO NOT rat out other cops.
I am here with you on this one also because I have had many friends mistreated and abused by cops.
I'm really glad you found us. I'm even more glad that you are still out there fighting. I hope you know how many people you inspire by refusing to back down in the face of injustice. The only way the struggle goes on in times of tremendous cowardice like these is when people refuse to back down. Other people are inspired by that.
