After witnessing the accidental murder of his mother's lover by his father, Tommy is traumatized into catatonia, and as the boy grows, he suffers abuse at the hands of his sadistic relatives and neighbors. As an adolescent, he’s discovered to have an uncanny knack for playing pinball, and when his mother finally breaks through his catatonia, he becomes an international pinball superstar. The essence of the production will mark a return to the roots and message of the original album – raising awareness of the spirit, while employing unique sensory technology to deliver Tommy’s personal experience to each individual audience member. "Be part of the awakening!" This productions is being Produced by Flicker House Productions, Inc., Chess Pieces, LLC and Purcell International Group in association with The Ricardo Montalbán Foundation.

Mike Stern, the lead guitar player in Tommy, has joined forces with The Who Show. We are debuting our performance of the album version of Tommy this Saturday, Feb. 28th 8:30pm at The Orange County Pavilion. Also playing will be Tommy musical French Horn player, Stephanie O'Keefe. We would be honored to have Tommy fans come to our show!
I watched the show no less than five times and absoulutely loved it. I am so sad that it is gone and will not be able to see it again. I cannot get the songs or the dances out of my head. I loved the sound and think the show needs to be done again. I fell in love with JP. I really did, I even took a picture with him. I put here for you to see. Thank you for letting me take this amazing journey and hope that I can take it again!!!
