   About WhoToo

Who Too is the Premier Northern California Who Tribute band playing pro gigs since December 2004. Performing Who material from every decade, the band recreates the live and studio sound onstage with all the energy of the Who at their height in the 70's. Who Too defies any audience to shut their eyes and not believe it's the real thing: booming vocals, dead-on drumming, gutsy guitar, blistering bass, and sumptuous keyboards, all converging in the classic and erudite arrangements and harmonies unmistakably shouting THE WHO. The Who are priceless and rare. Who Too are less expensive, younger, and available for your event.

It's great to see that you guys are keeping this music alive, and doing such a fine job!! From the Bay area, eh? I attended Cal State Hayward back in early '70's, but from So Cal. originally. I have been a Who fan since 1966, and used to cause all kinds of arguments up there by telling all my musician friends that The Who were the best live band in the world, and could blow the doors off their beloved Grateful Dead! This did not go over well at all in the Bay area back then, to say the least. I saw the Dead in '68 (not by choice) and The Who in '69, and the Dead put me to sleep. No comparison.
