About wicked messengers

The Wicked Messengers are a mix of the untraditional; a respectful blend of classic twang, and a hearty dose of pop songcraft (think Squeeze w/Gram Parson's sitting in). Direct decendents of NYC's very own Twanglers (founding members of Gotham's burgeoning country scene in the 90's- yes there WAS a scene), the band focuses on a selection of originals and thorougly twisted covers.
