About me:
It all started in 1990 when master brewer Ray Penny took the brave step of opening his own brewery on the site of and old ‘Coopers Shop’ in Wickwar Gloucestershire.
We produce truly hand crafted, Award Winning Beers, brewed using only the finest English floor malted barley, wheat, subtle blends of local hops and fresh Cotswold water. Fermented in traditional vessels using our own strain of yeast and quietly matured in our below ground vaults, Wickwar beers contain no artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.
