The Sox may be struggling and the Yanks may be gaining ground, but have no fear remember the words once said by Pedro Martinez "Georgie Porgie, he might buy the whole league, but he doesn't have enough money to buy fear to put in my heart." -Pedro commenting on George Steinbrenner

Hey all Boston music fans, something special you may be interested in.
“A Journey Back in Time” The Mohawk Reunion DVD can now be ordered! You will want to reserve your copy ASAP as there will only be a limited number of this historic DVD produced. As the producer of the “Jon Butcher Axis Live At The Casbah” DVD which I shot with a single camera, I know from speaking with the Mohawk Reunion promoter, CC Carole, that this new DVD will be a state-of-the-art, all digital, multi-camera extravaganza! The DVD will feature behind-the-scenes antics, band rehearsals, and selected performances of, in no particular order:
Jon Butcher Axis,
The Barker Gang
Charlie Farren and Balloon
Cindy Daley of Lovelace
Troy Douglas Sutler III and his house band “The Enraged Hazbenz,”
Mike Lunn of Grand Illusion and other surprise guests.
So if you are fortunate enough to have tickets or can’t make the shows, you are going to want to reserve your copy today. By ordering before the show, CC Carole Productions will be better able to judge the potential demand for additional DVDs of the entire performances of JBA, Balloon and others.

Stopping by to see what's new and pass on my regards.
Believe it or not I finally updated my site. Honest! With about one hour of new music and videos, including a 15 year old guitar wizard Michael Vincent and Doubleshot Blues Band. Amazing! Also a concert video from one of the Boston area’s best young singer-songwriters Casey Desmond. A couple of treasures from Jon Butcher and Barefoot Servants. A very rare Joan Jett and The Blackhearts video and the classic Ramones. Check out a special documentary film and video clip from Charlie Farren and Farrenheit. And last but not least some classic comedy. Thanks once again for having me as a friend. I hope you enjoy my site as much as I always enjoy visiting here.

Thanks for the Add! Boston still rocks! Nice site, lot's of fun. Again Thanks!
Let me add to the fun with an alert for fans of everything Boston, especially from the hey-day music from the 80s. Jon Butcher Axis rocked the skyline back then, opening for J. Geils band and having several early MTV hits before Jon moved to LA in the early 1990s to work successfully in film and TV music including playing the soundtrack recordings for Showtime's bio-pic "Hendrix." Yes, that's our old friend Jon playing all "Jimi's" guitar parts for the film...Who knew? Well, here's the skinny. Jon's paying us a visit:
Induldge me please:
Jon Butcher is coming back "home" to Boston and NE with a vengence! Get prepared for a show that will be the hit of this Fall.
Jon's always considered New England his "home" even though he moved to LA LA land a decade ago. It's time to catch up with our friend...this will be very special. So get tix for the 2 Club Passim shows in Cambridge, MA on October 14th, but especially for the "big one" in NH on Sunday October 15th, 7PM (early starting time & and all ages as the venue is BYOB) Tupelo Music Hall, Londonderry, NH just a very short ride over the NH border off route 93. A great venue, a great meet and greet opportunity with Jon. Will be videotaped digitally for an upcoming DVD release.
Be a part of this one. Jon will be joined on stage by Ben Schultz and drummer Bryon Holly with keyboardist Dan Kenney.
Great set list from Barefoot Servants new CD plus old faves and surprises.
