Sometimes when I go to sleep I hope I wont wake up... Sometimes when I go to sleep I'm scared I wont wake up... I lie awake and bathe in the regret that nightime brings.... All the while a slave to the rhythms of the nothing going on in the empty room that smothers and surrounds me... I swear the walls have eyes sometimes.... And look upon me with the distrust and disgust of one who knows too much! Amazing how just living feels so complicated and obtrusive so much of the quickly passing into oblivion thing that should not be named.... Or...."time." Will anyone remember??? Will anyone care??? Or will I not be even so much as a memory to the existing still billions of human flies buzzing about the latest,greatest,super ultra-cool band,movie,or trend... There are a couple of things one could do in this mental maze of bleeding insomnia..... Someone tell me and the 5 in a billion who care what they are??? I think I feel the sunrise and it's warm breath approaching... Time to paint the windows black to match the darkness my soul seems to fade into when doubt grips me by the throat... Wonder if we're still friends??? I'd ask,but doubt was born without a tongue... Really??? Fuck.
