  • Music

    I have very eclectic musical tastes. Rock, Metal, Punk, New Age, Fusssion, Trance, SKA, a little bit of old country. Classic rock like Journey, Duran Duran, Whitesnake all the MTV forerunners. Current favs are groups like Nickelback, Buckcherry, Godsmack, Portishead and Coldplay. I just fell back in love with Berlin. Scream is an amazing song.

    Anything Sci-Fi, Fantasy, or Horror. Heinlein's Stranger In A Strange Land and Piers Anthony's On A Pale Horse. They will change the way you look at the world and life and death .Scott Card's Enders books are also great.

    I also love books on politics. I read both sides conservative and liberal, but my favorite political writers are Al Frankin and Molly Ivins.

I am a hopeless romantic with the soul of a wolf. I try to be a nice guy, but I do believe in fighting for what I believe in, and for and I never learned to back down. I am very liberal. I support gay rights, universal healthcare and several other left leaning causes and feel that religious dogma needs to be completley taken out marriage. I also enjoy Music, Raquetball, Dancing, Humor, Poetry, Theater (I have been in many local productions at the Maverick Theater, A Few Good Men and The Foreigner at MCT and 4 years of Summer Mummers in the late 80s and early 90s), Computers,Shakespeare,Romance, Movies, .. and chatting about anything.

Who I'd like to meet:

I have just found a wonderful, amazing and beautiful woman... but I am always looking for friends. Looking for other like minded(or respectfully dissagreeing) people.

I try to get along with everyone regardless of race, age etc. I have the best friends in the world, but I can always use more. I'll chat with anyone about almost anything. The only people I can not stand are biggots, elitists and anyone who judges others without getting to know them.

Let me reiterate, I can't stand bigots. Look at my top 40, in it you will find conservatives and liberals, Atheists, Chistians, Muslims and Wiccans, gay, straight and bi people, blacks, whites, hispanics, and many other nationalities, goths, rockers, stoners, thugs, cowboys, cholos, addicts, artists, actors, poets, freaks and geeks and just about anyone you can imagine. These are the people I like no matter what label you try to put on them. All of them!!! (I personally know and like everyone in my Top 40) Don't like it... go away!

In other words I am looking for friends, looking for intelligent conversation, looking for crazy fun.... just looking!
