We have the RENEGADE PLAYBOYS *LAST EVER SHOW*, Roy Da Boy's GLAM METAL KARAOKE (or 'Glamaoke'!!) downstairs all night, the new local and brilliant glammies Dead Sensation playing a set plus the Wildside Girlz POLEDANCERS upstairs to kick off the club night!!!!

THE RENEGADE PLAYBOYS http://www.myspace.com/renegadeplayboys Back about 6 years ago, when Wildside first started out, there was a band that played our first ever 'live bands' event that just blew everyone away and the people loved them ... this band then went on to tour the length and breadth of the country receiving rave reviews every time, building up a huge and loyal fan base, tipped for super stardom supporting such bands as diverse from Skid Row to Dragonforce to The Darkness! This band was The Renegade Playboys and they sadly decided to part ways in 2005, each of them went off forming new bands such as Love & Bullets, Vytl Syne, etc. So fast forward to the latter half of 2009 and they're back together for a short one off 'reunion / goodbye' tour - and we at Wildside are honoured to have their last ever show! So whilst its a sad nostalgic goodbye, we're sure that the guys who make up this band will continue on as a new band, new name and new songs - just make sure you're hear to capture this event!!
DEAD SENSATION http://www.myspace.com/deadsensation For years, Nottingham - the home of Wildside and arguably the largest glam metal audience in the UK outside of London, has been starved of local grown glam bands which to me is just shocking and saddening. Now all of the sudden bands like Snakeskin, Skeleton Crew, Suicide Tuesday etc have sprung up ... the latest of which is DEAD SENSATION, almost a 'super group' of Wildside regulars who've met and bonded with each other at this very club over the years! So we're very proud of this and the fact they're simply AWESOME! Best described as a kind of meeting between early sleazy LA Guns and the power 'n' hooks of a latter day Hardcore Superstar! Don't miss these guys!!!
