Wil Gravatt's career began at the age of 13 when he began drumming with a band called Fine Line. He has performed many different styles of music since then and also moved to guitar and vocals, he was simply tired of looking at his band-mate's behinds.
jump ahead to 2008 - the band that Wil has put together consists of amazing players and veterans of the music business. The band has a sponsorship with Budweiser and has just finished a new record in Nashville. They play country music.

DC Nightlife, Country Music.
Eric Brace, Staff Writer, The Washington Post
"One of the only bands in the area to pay attention to the great cannon of classic country music, the Wil Gravatt Band could be a time machine, with Gravatt's achingly sincere vocals and drummer Robbie Magruder's ease with a Ray Price shuffle conjuring honky-tonks of days gone by."
Condoleezza Rice , Secretary of State
"Let's hear it for the Wil Gravatt Band, they're terrific!"
Andy Jaspen, Agent, Sam Hill Entertainment
It has been a pleasure booking the WGB the past few years. In addition to being an incredibly talented group of musicians, the band is as friendly and reliable as there is in this business.
Robert Earl Keen, Texas Singer & Songwriter
"You guys are great."
Bill Michaels, WFLS Radio
"I have worked with Wil for years. The shows are always fresh and a great time for everyone. Wil always keeps the crowd into the show. Man, wait 'til he gets into 'Ring of Fire'!"

Okay, that's amazing. I saw Wichita Lineman on your player, and I said to myself, "This is not going to work. Nobody can do that song like that good ol' boy from Delight, Arkansas."
Say, you ever BEEN to Delight, Arkansas? There ain't much there. I went there to change out a few bad ballasts and do a little bit of rewiring at the High School Gym one afternoon (Okay, okay, some of y'all know I'm a welder; I do electrical work too).
Hey. Thanks for respecting the way Glen Campbell did his song.
Thanks for the visit, Will, I hope you're having a great week! Drop by again when you can, I have a brand new CD available. (smile) God bless you and keep the faith!
