| About Wilhagans Sunday Writers Night |
Kathy Hussey's writers night at Wilhagans is a 15-year-old institution in Nashville. Every Sunday, writers gather for a "campfire-circle" style evening of trading songs, stories and a few chuckles.
There is nothing else like it in Nashville, and it never fails to attract the left-of-center, too-cool-for-radio crowd. A Title of the Month excercise, still called "Debut Tuesday" after years of being on Tuesday nights, is just one of the features of this weekly happening that set it apart from the rest.
Open to anyone who wants to participate, and more fun than a basket full of speckled pups.

How does it work?
Every Sunday at 5:00 pm:
Campfire-circles every week! Just show up with your guitar, join the circle, and whenever it comes around to you, you play a song, share a story, rave about how fun it all is.
When it's warm enough, we're outside on the deck. When it's cold, we're in the cozy back room. The indoor version is non-smoking for your breathing pleasure. (Smokers can easily step into the main bar or the onto the patio to spark one up.)
