I really enjoy meeting new people, and learning what joy lives in the hearts of those I have yet to cross paths with. Isn't that what life's about? beyond that? Healing, learning, writing, listening, creating (music that comes into my head), yogaing, massaging, appreciating the poetry of life, and sharing expressions.. Evolving, swimming, body surfing, breathing, opening myself, and witnessing others open, loving touch, loving period.. There's much more to me than meets the eye, so don't be afraid to ask.
anything that gives chills... like,
{Hamsa Lila, Govinda, Massive Attack, One Giant Leap, Boards of Canada, Scott Huckabay, Gotan Project, Thievery Corporation, Moby, Pat Metheny Group, Incubus, Spearhead & Michael Franti, A Tribe Called Quest, String Cheese Incidnt, Radiohead, Led Zeppelin, A Perfect Circle, The Doors, Led Zeppelin, D'Angelo, Sade, Quincy Jones, Erykah Badu, Jill Scott, Sublime, The Police and miscellaneous Ambient/Trance/New Age/Electronica, and anything with a soulful rhythmic sound i have yet to hear.. that resonates with something within me.. (recently, Gotan Project, Thievery Corporation, Krishna Das, Quantic "Not So Blue", Koop, and Guauanco "Les Gammas")} being a musician, I have a particular liking to anything with a jazz influence..
In case you want to know.. I play the piano, bass and guitar, trumpet/horn.. and I sing, (and dance) when I'm moved to. It feels good. Oh, and I just picked up the digereedoo (or Yduki). woo hoo!
Movies
1 Giant Leap, I Know I'm Not Alone, Awake Zion :: V for Vendetta :: Besides that, I don't keep track, but I love most of the ones I see.. that are well done... and the ones that just blow my mind. Some powerful films that everyone should see? :: The Corporation :: What the BLEEP Do we Know? :: The Fourth World War :: Farenheit 911 :: All time fave's? Contact, Fifth Element, and the other obvious ones like Matrix, Lord of the Rings. I really want to write films one day, so like the music, its an appreciation of good art. Ameile *** I was in a short independent film called "Loves Rapid Transit." See "platonically.com/lrt" for a clip and more info....
Television
I don't watch much at all these days. Artful, auspicious films, cartoons, and sci-fi programs on occasion. I'll always appreciate animated series' such as Trigun, Inuyasha, Blue Gender, Dragon Ball Z, Full Metal Alchemist, .. of course the Simpsons and anything that will make me laugh out loud uncontrollably. Queer Eye is good stuff.. I learn a lot.. haha....

DANCE THE DREAM OF LIFE:::Yoga and bodywork communities, environmental and eco-consciousness, humanitarian, social justice & healing, planetary transformation, integrative medicine, integrative progressive movement, lightworkers...
I sit down at the piano, and every time a new and original song comes out. Not a FULL song, but a unique sound. I haven't arranged the songs, or the parts into full complete songs, or added lyrics. I just play what feels good, or what I feel...
Marketing really is, on a conscious or not-so-conscious level, what we are doing all the time.. the way we present ourselves. Are we aligned with our core purpose and intent? Are we authentically sharing our truth from inspiration? Heart- centered ma
"Me" is an abstraction. "Me" is what separates you and I.. Lets the idea that I'm separate from the Earth get popularized. Sure, I have an identity, a personality, something for people to relate to, come to know. Yet, I am none of that. I could try and impress you with where I've been, who I know, what I've done.. my professional resume.. but I'm not really interested in any of that. That's only relevant to promoting my "self interests." What you read below will tell you a bit "about me." This page is devoted to going beyond the "me," and seeing what is on the other side of that. When that happens, both "self" and "interest" take on a whole new quality and dimension. I like to dance. I like to dance with life, with the rhythms of music, and those of silence.. When I get out of my head.. (out of my mind!), and drop into my organs, my guts, my heart.. a refreshingly familiar world opens up, where the landscape is rich and radiant, full and aromatic, warm, dynamic, and wild. I enjoy being in that space, being breathed by the winds dancing through the pulsing moment.
I have always felt that there was something oddly out of balance about everything we take for granted. I mean EVERYTHING. Just notice the immense gap between the way of nature, and the way of humanity, the day to day.. the way we interact.. the way we function as a species on this planet. Have you ever noticed how we as individuals over-compensate for feelings of inadequacy? You know what I mean.. ego. We feel inadequate, so we find another way of measuring up. Doesn't it seem that humanity as a whole has this arrogant attitude about itself in relationship to its sibling life-forms? Animals? Plants? Despite the fact that they ARE our bretheren, and we canNOT live without them.. we generally treat them with little to no respect. So what? Maybe you don't know.. Here's the facts:
Not only are we living within one interconnected web of life called an ecosystem (a web in which our fates are inextricably linked).. this ecosystem functions as if it were a living thing. Meaning, the totality of life.. LIFE ITSELF.. is essentially an organism. So imagine if your brain, or some other specialized cells were to have no regard for the other types of cells in your body. It happens in the form of lupus, cancer, and other dis-ease. So globally, we are contributing to dis-ease. We are also preventing any LIFE from being fully alive and free. This includes ourselves, and this is HUGE. See, we really need to forgive ourselves and begin to acknowledge that we have in our bodies, in our DNA, in our minds, in our consciousness, and embedded in our culture, holding patters of resistance.. otherwise known as trauma. Think about it.. What keeps a living thing from being fully in balance with itself and its surroundings? Look at nature. Nature balances itself out. NATURALLY. Animals, plants, all life has this incredible resilience, a springy tendency toward balance, health, and finds a way to evolve, optimize itself. Human beings differ in many fundamental ways. Some of them are a part of who we are, and how we are designed. Some of these differences are a result of the choices we, and those before us have made. We share the same mind, with minor differences based on culture and experience, so if we look, we can see the common thread and understand from a deeper, more universal perspective than just our own.
I am networking with those who are ready and willing to make a commitment, to agree to delve into, explore, inquire into this. There IS a course of action, and a REAL CAUSE for this action.. its obvious. However, thought alone cannot access this wisdom, this insight.. All thought knows is ambition, and like thought, ambition is a response; to fear, to greed, to something not of the moment. The first step is putting all that aside, and being with oneself, one's intrinsic truth. So if you are ready to look honestly, hit me up. I'm not here for socializing and fun anymore. This can be fun, but only if you're serious. Then we'll have some SERIOUS FUN!

Who I'd like to meet:
Barak Obama
Thanks to Kent and Jen for putting this together
Hmmmm... surprise me. There's nothing like the magic of spontonaeity.. (did I spell that right?)
Were I to say that I DON'T want to meet a certain type of person, it would eliminate the possibility of discovering that I NEEDED to meet THAT person. Of course, if you are reading any of this, and are intrigued, or consider yourself to be intriguing.. please drop me a note. Don't assume that we don't have anything in common because you don't see it here. Trust me. We do. Be patient. Be open. Everything is inter-connected.
A word for anyone listening: Trust and tune into yourSelf, your inner wisdom.. Then trust some more.. This wisdom is infinite. Everything.. all abundance, light, love will flow from that and guide you moment to moment in ways you couldn't imagine. There is power beyond perception within each of us.. we need merely align with it and allow ourselves to be its vessel. This is not an overt power, but an intrinsic power, the only application of which is love.
PLEASEtalk to me before trying to add me.. communication is KEY
