Bio

Born and raised in the suburbs of Birmingham, A, William A. Yarbrough is a guitarist, singer, and songwriter on the road to success. He’s been playing music 17 of his 25 years, growing in talent each step of the way. William in recent years has developed a reputation of being able to sit and play with any artist of any style. He also showcases his abilities with his own band, William A. & Local Celebrity. He has shared the stage with notable artists such as Erin Mitchell, Kendra Sutton, The Rent Makers (aka Hightide Blues/Steel Magnolias), Mark Ford (Black Crowes), Michael Warren (Atlantic Records), Stacy Mitchhart, Top Secret (filling in for Eric Essix) and Caddle. With his own band, William A. has had the privilege to open for Cowboy Mouth (Birmingham’s 2010 Stokin’ The Fire), Hightide Blues (at Zydeco 2010), Ingram Hill ( at Zydeco 2011), and other artists locally and nationally. All of these things make William A. a fine choice for any venue or band in need of a guitarist.

    don't remember you? are you joking? Everytime I run over a blues scale I remember your ass. Everytime I plug into my line6 that you told me to buy, I remember yo ass. haha You're soundin really on that sound check tho man, you keep gettin better and better. Where are your shows at? Iv got to come out to one. and what are you doing music wise these days? you layin anything down? or just playin live?

    ...Yeah its been a while but I remember meeting you at the GC...Seems like you were jamming on a red&white bullzeye painted Charvel and I was pulling all kinda axes off the racks...DAMN GOOD JOB with the Hendrix tune...Watched the vid several times...sorry I'm just now hitting you back on it...
