About me:

Live Music

My forte is environmental portraits. I believe that photographing in the spaces and places in which the subject 'is' - where the subject creates, lives, acts, performs helps to express more fully the subject's personality and experience.

This also extends to live events where I am accomplished at capturing the intensity and essence of the performer(s). Much of my work in Salem has been documenting the local music scene as well as other creatives. From promo shots to the performances I've worked many of the top bands and local artists.

I've also been commissioned to do work for the Hallie Ford Museum, and appeared in JPG Magazine, & other publications.

It's about the encounter, the engagement; the relationship you have with your photographer goes a long way to create that singular image that you desire. You will be happy and satisfied. Plus, my mom swears I'm a great guy, and people like me.

    Forget camping and fireworks! Massive Moth is playing a FREE SHOW at THE ROXXY on FRIDAY, JULY 3RD (three weeks from today) with THE FUNHOUSE STRIPPERS and Portland's THE PUNK GROUP. The Roxxy has a full bar, air conditioning and a great sound system!

    HEY! Theres going to be an art show this Friday night! Its ALL local artists! Theres wines, foods, arts, and a DJ (Timmy Time of Portland). I'll have some work in there, along with some other awesome talents from Keizer/Salem!

    Letting people know we are playing an all-ages show at the IKE BOX (corner of cottage and chemeketa) on Thursday as part of the Cherry City Music Fest. We are playing with RAFTER (asthmatic kitty), Shaky Hands (kill rock stars) and Super XX Man (Hush/Tender Loving Empire). Tickets are $10 unless you have the $30 all-access pass.
    It's an early show, we go on at 6!
