I guess I got started when I was a little kid because I enjoyed listening to Cheech and Chong and Richard Pryor. I remember making people laugh when I was in 3rd grade and it was like a high. Other kids had muscles, or were good at sports, but if I could say something funny and make other kids laugh I felt like I had power. It gives you a real sense of power to be able to make other people laugh. When you're on stage and you have the whole room looking at you holding the microphone and your voice is louder than anyone else in there, you're the man. For that moment that you're on stage, YOU ARE THE MAN! I don't care if you're the opener the feature or the headliner.
