Violinist, guitarist and singer/songwriter, I've played just about every style of music. "Little Girl", my first album won one of Michigan's most prestigious awards, the WYCE Jammie for Album of theYear. Buy it online or at one my shows. I'm a bit sassy at times, other times folks swear they hear a bit of country twang coming outta this afro toting sista. Inspired by Nina, Norah, India, Amy, Whitney, Aretha, Tracey, Eva, Emmylou and a hundred others, my style reflects the range, but comfortably circles back to light jazz and folk notes.
I'm currently working on a second album and have managed some new songs in the last year or two I think you'll like once you've heard.
