Audrey Wilson first opened the doors of Wilson’s Hairdressing in Macclesfield in 1992 with one staff member, her sister Heather Wilson.
In November 1998 the Northwich salon opened with Zoe Bentley leading the team. Wilson’s work closely with Total People Training and the Business Skills Council and proudly achieved their IIP award 10 years ago, they have recently received successful reassessment.
The Macclesfield salon has developed the top floor to include a relaxation area for clients, which we named Escape.
Why Escape? I’m a great believer that to succeed and survive everything must evolve. People now lead busier lives than they did when we first started the business. We now offer clients the opportunity to switch off for a period of time, have a stress relieving scalp massage and a glass of wine or beer whilst having a haircut.

We offer a salon loyalty scheme to all our customers. For every £10.00 spent in salon our clients receive a loyalty point, these points can be used for free hair conditioning treatments, stress relieving scalp massages, hand massages or money off vouchers .
We offer free hair care consultations as an on going service for all. Our client referral scheme offers customers who recommend a friend a complimentary shampoo and blow dry.
