Wink - People Search is in your extended network view more
Wink is a team of folks trying to make a better way to search for people.
where i'm at...
Wink People Search is about searching for people and what people think is cool.
Find new friends .. that share your interests
Find old friends - since most people don't post first/last names to social networks, use their screenname or other details like age, gender, interests to find them.
Right now you can use Wink to search about 160 million profiles on MySpace, LinkedIn (see if your friends have gone corporate) or Bebo (like you care about that!) and we're adding new sites all the time!
At www.wink.com you can search the entire web and find what other people have said that they like. Check it out, but even better, tell us what you think via comments below.
"When the sun rises, I go to work
. When the sun goes down, I take my rest.
I dig the well from which I drink.
I farm the soil which yields my food.
I share creation. Kings can do no more."
**Chinese proverb
Do you sense the peace and contentment that can come from an appreciation of one’s place in the cosmos?
How do we get there with the complexities and pressures of our current lifestyles? Perhaps it’s a matter of becoming aware of what we truly have as opposed to what our egos believe we need. If we look closely, we may find that our ego ‘needs’ are just desires.
When you find yourself longing for something, stop and ask,
"What is missing from my life? Is it a need?
What are the essential qualities of what I seek?
How can I experience that now?"
"Try to be like the turtle -- at ease in your own shell."
***Bill Copeland
I wish you pure success in all you paths,
May you have a beautiful week ahead
Many Blessings and love,
Your friend,

FOR YOU MY FRIEND ... A POEM FROM THE LUNACY MACHINE
HERE IS ...
I called in sick to work today;
Sometimes that’s not so bad.
My head is stuffy;
My body’s achy;
My hands and legs are kinda shaky.
My eyes are weary and sort of blurry.
My sinuses, too, have started hurting.
My nose is dripping; my stomach bloated.
My cheeks, in fact, are kinda swollen.
With that, I called in sick.
I thought the average flu for sure.
Who wouldn’t with what I’ve got?
But something told me it was more than that
When I turned the TV on.
There were riots in Virginia.
There was looting in New York.
They were declaring martial law in towns I’d never heard before.
They were interviewing doctors who had learned of a disease,
And they mentioned that the plague began in Nashville, Tennessee.
Then they interviewed a patient who was pointing at his eyes. He said,
“There are spiders all around us!
They’ll lay their eggs inside us!
These spiders here are poisonous!”
Then he dropped his hands and died.
The virtue of angels is that
they cannot deteriorate;
their flaw is that they
cannot improve. Man’s flaw
is that he can deteriorate;
and his virtue is that he can
improve.
~ The Talmud
Wishing that Angels be always watching over you!
May all your projects be abundantly blessed,
Your friend all ways

Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage.
**Anais Nin
No matter what might be happening in your life right now, take a
deep breath, relax and let your thoughts be still.
Just as darkness gives way to dawn, so does despair create a new beginning.
Never allow yourself to forget that it is from the darkest moment of the
night that each new sunrise is born.
Whatever you do, you need courage.
Whatever course you decide upon, there is always someone to tell you that you are wrong.
There are always difficulties arising that tempt you to believe your critics are right.
To map out a course of action and follow it to an end requires some of the same courage that a soldier needs.
Peace has its victories, but it takes brave men and women to win them.
**Ralph Waldo Emerson
I sincerely wish you all good things,
with all sincerity
with much love and with deep respect
Your friend,
**~RaK~**
Our minds perceive and give relative value - positive and negative - to the different sides of a duality.
We usually shun the negative.
It’s important to know that you cannot eliminate the negative by focusing exclusively on the positive.
Energetically, both opposites must remain in balance.
Increase one and its opposite will also increase.
Try to be only positive and the negative within you will raise its ugly head.
"Power arises out of integrating the positive and negatives within us. From the tension that exists between the two,
we develop awareness and become more conscious and compassionate."
***Leslie Fieger - author of the Delfin Knowledge System
May you weekend be blessed with the momments of peace
and balance within yourself
never forget, that you are a true blessing , my friend.
Hey There! Sorry we've been out of touch for awhile, we just finished up our record and things have been a little crazy around here lately. So what's new with you???
“Though my soul may set in darkness, It will rise in perfect light, I have loved the stars too fondly To be fearful of the night”
~Sarah Williams
Sarah Williams 's words bring to mind the thoughts of another modern-day spiritual advisor, Dr. Wayne Dyer, who said :
"Everything is perfect in the universe, even your desire to improve it."
Have a perfect day.
Know that you are blessing to my life here and now!
In Perfect Love and Perfect Trust
Your friend,
