Winners n Sinners are two brothers, bloodline brothers.
One born in the 70's and one in the 80's on the Island
Curaçao,the Dutch Antilles.
Theire names are Kane and Bugz,short for
Kane D'nastee Goreson and Bugz Bruttle Goreson,Mr Goreson.
The sons of Gore,from the red and black,Da Red-gore,Tripple L.
At least that's what they say.
Kane started out,well where should we start.
Lets begin where when he was 15,it started long before that
but when he was 15,he had a small drum machine wich he could use to
bring the percusion some what to live,
which he banged on everything that sounded well,
Like doors,tables,(car)windows ect..
After a hook up with an MC called Chilly D,aka Mr Damson,aka T.Tank
caused the shift thanks to D that turned a beat creator into
also a writer.
A group called N.P.P.was born as a hardcore hip hop group.
He was called RG go Kane back than.
They also did several shows with this hardcore hip hop formation.
As some can reply they were one of the hardest hardcore
groups perfoming back then.
After becoming a father to baby boy,he chose the certain
for the uncertain and put his music and his somewhat crim.intent
on 2nd and 3rd.As he him self puts it,he put down the battle axe.....
...but never burried it.
(The movie Patriot facinates him a lot in this matter.)
But he never stopped listening to hip hop for it was more
than his life blood,it was more like his bone structure,as he explains.
As both he and his younger brother comes from a long strang of
musicians and poéts and the artisticaly gifted in other art forms,
he could never put it to rest.
So he started collecting his stuff again,like his SP 12("R.I.P.")and stuff.
This is now(ano 2008)7 to 8 years ago .
It's about that time that Bugz started writing.
Bugz Grew up and around the production chambers.
Destend to be a musician,he started writing.
He grew up to be as Kane puts it,the better writer of the two and
he's by far one of largest rappers letteraly and artisticaly within
these borders(The Netherlands),as many would assent to.As writing came artisticaly,
composing came automaticaly to him.
Today,Kane did not only grew into an artistical
writer and rapper,he's a great rhythm composer,as he puts it,
he fucks his MPC 2000XL up the ass to make it listen(lol).
As his search for perfection is 'cuote' like a pain in the groint area,
after a two year studie,he's been digging deep into the technical
side of sound with Bugz as his assistant.
Together they build their own studio up in an attic somewhere.
As poéts they both gat a lot to say.
Their music they say is no dance music,it's stuff for when your
on the road(that's why Road Block) or for in a loungy invironment.
And it's deffinately not about BLING,TITS and ASSES.
They try as they say to bring a style of hip hop that gets your
attention plus it has a massage.
That massage is life and all it's aspects.And so they try in a sence
to write lyrics that can still mean something in twenty years.
Bob Marley is therefore their greatest.
Winners n sinners stands for:
In life we all are in search for that
main goal which is positive clean,rightiuos,
for some devine even.
It's about all you can do,which some
coloured bad,but you go thru with it,
in full awareness and consiousness,only because
you have to,for that higher cause.
In an extreme,killing for bread which is not
for self.
Or minor,like lieing for that orgasm,which is not for self.
