About me: This profile was brought to you by the Wisconsin Chapter of NASW.
We are the largest organization of professional social workers in Wisconsin, and we provide a variety of products, services and opportunities. NASW’s primary functions include promoting the professional development of its members, establishing and maintaining professional standards of practice, advancing sound social policies, and providing services that protect its members and enhance their professional status.
This profile was created to let social work students, social work professionals, and persons interested in the profession stay up to date on the information NASW WI has to provide. We look forward to telling you about up-coming events and allowing you to have a place to network with other social workers.
Mission Statement
"To support all social work practitioners in their mission to serve and strengthen relationships within diverse populations; to promote social justice; and to enhance the dignity and worth of all people in the State of Wisconsin through the promotion of quality practice, competent practitioners, integrity and unity of the social work profession."

If you are a NASW member feel free to ask a question through a message, e-mail, or call the office at 608.257.6334. If you would like to become a member you can do so on our website. Please note, that if you are not a member we have a new policy that we cannot answer questions about ethical dilemmas, legislative questions, continuing education, certification, or licensing.
NASW has the right to remove anything posted on this profile that is deemed unprofessional or inappropriate.
