Hello everybody, and thanks for checking out my site!
My name is John, and I am the drummer for the Christian hard rock band, "Valley of Bones." (Click here to visit our MySpace and add us as a friend!)
The music you hear on this page is of me and my former band. However, once Valley of Bones has new music recorded, I plan on putting it up here as well.
In 2008, my life took a crazy turn when I suddenly got very, very ill. On May 21st, I entered the hospital and was kept overnight for observation. That turned into a month in the hospital and me fighting for my life.
Hopefully one day, I will post the entire story here so I can share the goodness of God. He is the reason I am here. And not only am I here, I have no brain damage from the illness (may have had it before, but not because of the illness! LOL), and have no loss of motor skills. If you knew the story of what I went through, you would simply be amazed about that.
My wife saw my original ER doctor a few months after my hospitalization and he was also amazed that I had none of the above problems.
Without question, I am a walking miracle and should not even be here, let alone being able to play drums!
I hope that one day, God will provide a way for me to book speaking engagements to share my story as it is truly remarkable. There are so many miracles that happened.
We all have miracles in our lives, but sometimes, we can even take those for granted.
10% of life is what happens to you....... 90% of life is how you respond to it!
