The Wise Intelligence mini-series is COMING SOON! Written by Ryan McLelland with art by Adam Talley. The series follows JK, Whorfin, Dean, and Servo as the enter their junior year of college. What happens when JK is assigned to the freshman dorm by accident? What about Servo hooking up with fraternity dickhead Jason 'Captain Cootie' Wilder's girlfriend? Join the fun as Whorfin is kidnapped, Dean is dumped, and the perils of fraternity life come back to haunt the guys. Oh yeah...and lots of jokes, boobs, and beers to boot...this is a fraternity comic book after all.
So what is the comic about??? Well...JK, Whorfin, Dean, and Servo are four fraternity brothers at the fictional New Jersey State University who try as hard as they can to fit their classes into their busy days of chasing after every girl and drink every single beer on campus. Most of the time their adventures lead to extremely funny unsuccessful results which makes the comics all more fun.
The first Wise Intelligence comic is currently for sale at ComiXpress. Issue 2 can be bought by just clicking here! With the first issue all the stories written by Ryan McLelland the comic features eleven stories drawn by such artists as HC Noel, Bob Lipski, Reilly Brown, Scott Kellogg, Jens Lund, and many others while also sporting a cameo by famed indy comic creations Cerebus and Captain Jack. The second issue of the Wise Intelligence anthology comic features art by HC Noel, Bob Lipski, Adam Talley, and Dave LaFuente with stories written by Ryan, Jeff Stewart, and Scott Hess. The book will also be a flip-book containing five pages of Ryan and Noel's upcoming book 'The Salesman'.
The Wise Intelligence characters have also been featured in other books like the Ragtag anthology, the upcoming BAM anthology, and a guest appearance in an upcoming Uptown Girl comic. A version of his Wise Intelligence screenplay was published by Xlibris Publishing back in 2001 along with another one of Ryan's screenplays and is currently available at most online book stores including Amazon.com.

Who I'd like to meet:
Ryan McLelland is the writer of Wise Intelligence. Ryan's written for such magazines as Newsarama (known well for his weekly columns 'Your Indy Weekly' and 'It Came From The Quarter Bin') and Latino Review (well known for his interview where he compared lip sizes with Angelina Jolie). He's also written for Hollywood production house Platinum Studios and alot of the crap he currently can't remember while writing in third person. He is a member of the production studio Evolution Studios which can also be found right here on MySpace. A version of his Wise Intelligence screenplay was published by Xlibris Publishing back in 2001 along with another one of Ryan's screenplays and is currently available at most online book stores including Amazon.com.
Currently Ryan is writing the superhero comic book Philly for Arcana Studios. Produced along side his fellow Evolution Studios compadre Jim Hanna the book's website can be found right here on MySpace at www.myspace.com/phillythecomic.
Ryan is also producing ashcans of his famous high school/college comics Chris and Vernbugg. The first two issues will reprint five eleven-paged issues that were inserts in his college newspaper.
