With a lineup featuring Hammond organ, analogue synths, vibraphone and trumpet, backed up by a solid core of drums, bass and guitars, we’re a six-piece band in the vein of Arcade Fire, Radiohead and Grandaddy.
2009 has been an exciting year for us. Beating 120 other bands to win Jack.fm’s Next Big Thing competition resulted in a main stage slot at Wychwood Festival and a £2k recording session at the prestigious SAE Institute.
In addition to this, we appeared at Cornbury Festival 2009 and were personally invited by Carter USM to play at their official aftershow party. This follows on from supporting the Sugababes in 2008. As such, our fan base continues to expand across the UK and beyond.
Heart of Stone won strong critical acclaim, and our second album will be out next year. In the meantime we have Expansion, taken from the forthcoming album. We hope you like it.
