All music! Heroes
Any kid suffering from cancer (or other fatal disease) that has a smile on his or her face. OK ... anyone that doesn't feel like smiling, also.
I am a web publisher, photographer, personal trainer and trumpet player. For more information, you can check AA-ER.COM, Arlingtonathletics.com, and Arlingtoncards.com. More sites are linked from AA-ER.COM.
When things seem impossible you just might be about to give your best successful performance. If you feel like you need to quit, you are probably closer to your goal than you realize. FAILURE is DELAYED SUCCESS.
THE 10 PARADOXICAL COMMANDMENTS The 'No Good Deed Goes Unpunished' Commandments Adapted from KENT M. KEITH:
1. When people are illogical, unreasonable, and self-centered. Love them anyway.
2. If you do good, people will accuse you of selfish ulterior motives. Do good anyway.
3. If you are successful, you will win false friends and true enemies. Succeed anyway.
4. The good you do today will be forgotten tomorrow. Do good anyway.
5. Honesty and frankness make you vulnerable. Be honest and frank anyway ... just have built-in protection.
6. The biggest men and women with the biggest ideas can be shot down by the smallest men and women with the smallest minds. Think big anyway.
7. People favor underdogs but follow only top dogs. Fight: for a few underdogs anyway.
8. What you spend years building may he destroyed overnight. Build anyway.
9. People that really need help may attack you if you do help them. Help people anyway, but have a safe exit.
10. Give the world the best you have and you might get kicked in the teeth. Give the world the best you have anyway.
To give the world the best, strive to develop four life categories: mind, body, emotion and spirit. When your MIND and intelligence is in top form you have foresight and vision to design, produce and lead. To maximize your physical well-being and BODY you consistently train your body for performance and endurance and you avoid excess calories, fat and harmful foods. Rich EMOTION -- when your emotional health is in high gear, you show great passion and love what you do. Rich in SPIRIT -- when your spirituality is thriving, your ego stays out of the way, you feel grateful and you attract good things to yourself and those around you. Miraculous human power happens.
Tribute music sites are SUPERSTARPARTY.COM and chicagofanfare.com. For music tribute events to motivate teams, honor and recognize human achievement, yours truly emcee's events with the trumpet and provides house music, 80's music, 70's music and theme music that is an awesome great time. The trumpet is great for getting attention. But that's only a little fun that heralds some of the best music around that rocks the house. People always ask for more! I have been lucky enough to be invited to some great parties.
Also, since music is an important part of fitness and exercise for tempo, motivation and relaxation, there is an Exercise-Reports.com Workout Music Section that has a growing list of tunes that are motivating for workouts and great for your iPod, iPhone or other mp3 player.

WARNING FOR FIRE/RESCUE FRIENDS (and anybody else who is near a car fire): Modern automobiles have new hazards that can reveal themselves in accidents and car fires. In the car fire above, two air bag canisters exploded during the blaze (I caught the second explosion on video). One of the canisters became a projectile that flew out the back window of the car -- a 1996 Ford Taurus -- and landed about 50 feet behind the car. The approximately seven-pound canister had sharp edges and would have caused serious injury if it hit someone. In my view with the video camera, I was positioned about 50 feet in front of the car.
Who I'd like to meet: Christina Aguilera, Jessica Alba, Herb Alpert, Natasha Bedingfield, Beyonce, Jon Bon Jovi, Bono (Paul Hewson), Neil Cavuto, Eric Clapton, Ann Coulter, Katie Couric, Jim Cramer (of Mad Money fame), Ted David, Jennifer Esposito, Michael J. Fox, Ozzie Guillen, George Hamilton, Tom Hanks, Juliet Huddy, Diane Lane, Huey Lewis, Alyssa Milano, Oliver North, Geraldo Rivera, and Charlize Theron ... I have already met Mike Ditka, Arthur Jones (inventor of Nautilus exercise equipment ... spent an entire day with him at his Jumbolair Ranch, Ocala, FL), Alan Parsons, Jim Peterik, and Sharon Stone ... Oh yeah, last but not least, I smiled and got a smile back from Australian supermodel Elle Macpherson while she was doing lat pulldowns at a gym in Venice Beach, California.
