I Withered Wisteria nascono nell’estate 2007 da una idea di Alberto (chitarra) e Marco (basso) con l’intenzione di portare dal vivo nella maniera più professionale possibile la carica, lo show e le melodie della band di Little Rock (Arkansas), proponendo nel loro repertorio tutta la discografia di Amy Lee e compagni, dall’EP del 1998 all’ultimo album The Open Door.
Nel 2008, finalmente pronti, i Withered Wisteria calcano alcuni dei palchi più prestigiosi dell’Emilia Romagna tra cui TempoRock (RE), Klakson (RE) e People Of Art (MO) condividendo il palco con altre importanti tribute band italiane. Dopo l’estate, all’insegna delle feste della birra estive, il gruppo subisce un cambiamento radicale decidendo di proseguire con una nuova cantante e un nuovo batterista.

In summer ’07, from an idea of Alberto (Guitar) and Marco (Bass), Withered Wisteria were born. They wanted to bring to the stage the energy, the show and the melodies of the band from Little Rock (Arkansas), including in their repertoire all Amy Lee discography, from the 1998 EP to the latest album The Open Door.
In 2008 Withered Wisteria is finally ready to perform in the most famous stages of Emilia Romagna, among them TempoRock (RE), Klakson (RE) and People of Art (MO), sharing the stage with other famous Italian tribute bands. After summer, in which they played in various festivals, the band is submitted to some radical line-up changes, with a new singer and a new drummer.
