Without Judgement es una agrupación que busca revivir el sonido de DEATH y que fue iniciada para continuar el trabajo que el gran Chuck Schuldiner había hecho por el death metal. Fue iniciada a comienzos del 2005 con un grupo de amigos que se propuso hacer tributo a esta gran banda de la forma más fiel a la música que ya estaba constituida, y que fue tomando forma gracias a Diego Barragán (guitarra), Juan Rodríguez (batería) y Guillermo Rodríguez (guitarra); en esos momentos la banda estaba interpretando los temas de forma instrumental y bajo el nombre de Darkend Gwiber. Ya a finales del 2005 ingreso a la banda Edgar Barragán (bajo) lo cual fue dando forma a la banda e iniciando los primeros eventos con vocalistas invitados, los cuales no llenaron las expectativas esperadas. A mediados del año 2006 se realizo una convocatoria de vocalistas, debido a la necesidad de completar la alineación quedando seleccionado como vocalista principal José Acosta, así una vez consolidada la formación, se decidió unánimemente llevar a cabo un cambio de nombre a mitad del año 2008, adoptando el nombre actual.
Una vez completada la banda, la calidad del sonido y de los eventos fue mejorando de manera positiva dándonos una mayor trayectoria y proyecciones para el futuro. En donde a finales del 2006 se realizo el primer evento inaugurando la banda con la alineación establecida la cual se ha mantenido hasta el presente.
Without Judgment is a group that aims to revive the sound of Death, which was launched to continue the work that the great Chuck Schuldiner had done for the death metal. It was begun in early 2005 with a group of friends set out to do homage to this great band in the most faithful to the music that was already established, and that was taking shape thanks to Diego Barragan (guitar), Juan Rodriguez (drums) and Guillermo Rodriguez (guitar); at that time the band was playing an instrumental themes and under the name of Darkend Gwiber. Since late 2005 the band joining Edgar Barragan (bass) which was shaping the band and starting the first events with guest vocalists, who did not fill the expectations expected. In mid 2006 we made a call for singers, because of the need to complete the band being selected as lead vocalist Jose Acosta, once consolidated and training, it was unanimously decided to conduct a name change to half of 2008 , adopting the current name.
Once the band, the sound quality and improving the events was positively giving us greater experience and projections for the future. In late 2006 where it was his first event inaugurating the band with the alignment set which has remained to this day.
