What is WMEB?
WMEB is a non-profit community radio station run by students at The University of Maine in Orono. Founded in March 1963, WMEB has offered more than 40 years of a variety of underground and mainstream music.
How can I listen to WMEB?
As always, you can tune into 91.9 FM on the airwaves in your car, at work, or wherever you are if you're in the greater Bangor area!
If you're on the University of Maine campus, you can tune into Channel 43 on your TV to tune in while seeing a webcam stream of the Mall on campus!

What kind of music does WMEB play?
Genres include but are never limited to Indie Rock/Pop, Alternative Rock, Blues, Hip Hop, Techno, World Music, Reggae, Punk, Metal, and Jam Bands. You can also turn to WMEB for local news, live sport broadcasts, talk shows, interviews and live music performances.
