Founded early December, 2006: A project between long-time best friends Niv Bavarsky and Franciscus Rebro, with few goals in mind but to try some new methods in song writing and have fun.
wobble: improvised sonic explorations from two of the minds that brought you notpeople/whirling dervishes, plus one new mind added in for good measure. this is their live debut, so you should come out just so you can say you were there during the "cafe days".
bizzart: the crown prince of intergalactic boom bap with a machine gun cadence and a roland sp-404 for a heart. 10 years of auditory trailblazing and still going strong, bizz has always had an unpredictable live show that can't be missed.
impure jazz: post-everything three-piece hailing all the way from beautiful bloomington, indiana, a city famous for its rock quarries. this band is much more interesting than rock quarries... unless you're in a geology club, in which case it's a toss up. we can probably settle on the idea that this band + rock quarries = an experience to behold. anyway, come see them and check out their monolithic sound. yes that was a pun. whatever gets you to come see these guys. they're good.
naima earth: spaced-out jazz-prog explosions coming straight from los angeles to your brain. this is aztec soul music from the future, obliterating the space-time continuum for your listening pleasure.
Ballonaloon is strange, but in a very fascinating way. I enjoyed it a lot; in the middle I almost forgot I even know you guys personally, if that makes any sense.
