Influences
Everything from AC/DC to Zeppelin. Most notable songwriting influences would be Depeche Mode, The Rolling Stones, Goo Goo Dolls, The Replacements, Jack Johnson and Johnny Cash.
My guitar heroes are: Jimmy Page, Angus Young, Eric Clapton, Kieth Richards, Ron Wood and Stevie Ray Vaughan.
After years of playing lead guitar in rock and metal bands, which was fun, I felt I needed to find my own voice. So I took a day job and then at night I would grab my guitar and play whatever came to me or what ever just felt right. I must admit i was horrible at first because I could barely sing and play at the same time. But after a year or so I finally felt I found what I was looking for. The result of my efforts can be heard in my upcoming debut CD entitled "Naked". It is a compilation of some of the songs I wrote during my time out on the street. I chose the title "Naked" because all the songs on the CD were written and performed with my heart on my sleeve. I hope you enjoy the previews of the songs as the come together over the next several months and I hope you enjoy the songs as much as I have writing, recording and performing them.
