Maarten Witsel is a born musician. From the age of 5 he started to hit every object that made a sound. When his parents turned nuts they decided to buy him a drumkit for kids and a good option it was.
At the age of 12 he played his first gig ever with some older guys from the
music school.
Maarten Listening to Michael Jackson, Neil Diamond, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Nirvana, Rage Against The Machine and so on.
He started playing with a lot of different musicians over town, till he was ready to move on and found some more gigs all over Europe, like France, Spain, Germany, Switzerland.
Till by accident he bumped into Marcel at the age of 26 and still playing that what he likes most: DRUMS!!!!

HENK Scott (Schutten) is a self taught bass player from downtown Amsterdam who played his way through almost every style of music over the years.
He played with drummers like Hans Waterman (Solution), Gus Genser (Herman Brood), Dennis Witbread (Het, Ekseption), Pierre van der Linden (Brainbox, Focus), Marty Richards (Duke Robillard, J. Geils Band).
And other musicians like Jochem Fluitsma (Mai Tai), Mason Casey (Popa Chubby), Bernard Potschka (Nina Hagen), Baron Raymonde (Rod Stewart) and Jefferson Starship (concert for friends at The Melkweg Amsterdam, November 2006).
In 2004 Marcel asked Henk to join him on a tour to Curaçao followed by some gigs in Holland.
And last July he asked him to become his fulltime bass player together with Maarten Witsel, one of his favourite drummer

Marcel Scherpenzeel was born in Amsterdam.
He starts to play on a drumkit when he was 10 years old, but it didn't take long.
When he was 12 Marcel got a guitar from his older brother and from that point Marcel takes off. He starts to listen to a lot of great records his dad has, like, John Lee Hooker, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Rory Gallagher, Jimi Hendrix and many others.
When Marcel was 21 years old he starts singing and messing around with rock, texas-blues, pop, soul and rock and roll.
Every night when Marcel is on stage, you can feel the magic as if his soul left his body and hoping that you take his soul and music home.
Marcel played with: Dave Gonzales (The Paladins - USA ), Ron Hacker (USA), Tineke Schoenmaker (NL), The Juke Joints (NL), The Marble Tones (NL), The Hoax (UK) and gerry mcavoy and brendan o..neill (Band Rory Gallagher) more.
Marcel performed on big festivals like: Jimi Hendrix Revival Festival (Germany), Enniscorthy Blues Festival (Ireland), Open Air Am Bergen (Germany), Harley Davidson Super Rally (Belgium), Paaspop (NL), Bospop (NL) and more.
