Wolfskin vem do nevoeiro, do vento cortante do cimo das montanhas, do silêncio misterioso, do sonho mitológico. Paisagens ancestrais evocadas em estruturas sonoras hipnóticas, abstractas e orgânicas.
Wolfskin é uma sensação, um sonho, uma caverna húmida e silenciosa. Entidade simbólica criada em 1994 como forma de exploração pessoal, anímica, xãmanica por mim, único membro fixo, tem incluído, ao longo dos anos, diversas pessoas que contribuíram duma forma inestimável para a sua definição sonora.
Wolfskin encontra-se actualmente em estado "terminal" uma vez que já não é o melhor veículo do que "me vai na alma".
Depois de um último concerto, já dia 16 de Fevereiro no Porto, ainda pretendo editar mais 2 ou 3 discos, após os quais darei por findas as actividades como Wolfskin.
Um novo projecto musical está já a nascer, mais pormenores surgirão com o tempo...

Wolfskin comes from the fog, the cutting wind of the mountain cliffs, the misterious silence, from the mythological dream. Ancestral landscapes evoked by hypnotic, abstract and organic soundscapes.
Wolfskin is a sensation, a dream, a silent and moisty cavern. Symbolic entity created on 1994 as a way of personal, animic and shamanic exploration by me, the only fixed member, it has included through the years, a diversity of persons that had contributed decisively to the Wolfskin sound.
Wolfskin is currently on a "terminal" phase, as it is no longer the best expression of what "goes on my soul".
After a last concert, on 16 of February in Oporto, I want to release 2 or 3 more records, and after that I'll cease all activities with Wolfskin.
A new musical project is already been develloped, more details about it will come with time...

I am now
recording for a new set of releases called the "Persona Series". These
cassettes will be commissioned works (not by content, but by payment)
for individuals. If John Smith in London, England wants his own Zebulon
Kosted album, I will make a 45 minute album (one side of a 90 minute
tape), 2 hand drawn mini posters, I will name the album after him
(Zebulon Kosted - John Smith), and the fan will retain all rights to
the recording (for use of any future release, sampling, or broadcasting
rights). One copy of the album will remain in my personal collection,
and one will be sent to the customer, so that the only copy that will
be in circulation will be John Smiths copy! Each album is available for
the ridiculously low price of $10 (not including shipping), and will be
shipped in its completed form no later than 6 weeks from the date of
purchase!!!
