About me:

Our mission is to improve the economic status of women and remove barriers to economic equity.

Women Employed has one passion: to make life better for working women. We believe that all women deserve full and fair economic opportunities. That means better career options and higher pay, more opportunities for training and education, and strict enforcement of fair employment laws.

Women Employed is a leading national advocate for women's economic advancement. We analyze workplace issues, educate policy makers, and build support to improve opportunities and incomes.

Since 1973, Women Employed has fought to outlaw pay discrimination, pregnancy discrimination and sexual harassment and to strengthen federal equal opportunity policies and work/family benefits. We've connected thousands of women to education and training that lead to better jobs.

The changes we have won in government and business policies have improved the working lives of millions of women, yet millions more are struggling economically. Today our biggest challenge is to enable more women to earn family-supporting wages.

Women Employed envisions a world in which all women can advance and achieve their aspirations. We invite you to join us in making this vision a reality.

In order to know how is the solitude,
You should see that to your side he is no more.
That never more you would be able to chat with him,
about what is goodness, about what is badness.
The solitude is a friend who is no longer with us.
Is his word that will not be recalled the same way.
It is like a dream with lights surrounding you,
and you realize that he would not die anymore, will not die anymore.
In order to know how the flower dies,
thus you would have to see how peace, also, dies.
But that peace will reborn in his voice the flower of the truth,
to sing to him, the same.
The solitude is a friend who is no longer with us.......

(Sorry this isn't personalized to every individual,
I'm sending this out to EVERYONE on the site)
While I'm in the process of doing some 'friend cleaning' see blog, I thought
it might be a good time to ask those of you who *want* to be here to
subscribe to my blog if you haven't already. Not at all necessary to
not being deleted, Just thought I might as well get it all done at
once, since the process is  going to take some time. It may also be a
good time for those who don't really support the PTSD cause and/or don't want to see pictures or
comments like this to just go ahead and delete, cuz I can't run this site afraid of
who I can send what comments to. I mean if you want to delete the
comment, but keep me/the site/the cause, that's fine. I just want it to be
abundantly clear, if it isn't already, this is and will remain an MJ
judgment/hate free site. You don't have to like him....just keep the
hate elsewhere. Thanks, I appreciate your understanding and patience
    during this transitional time.
