Women of Rock is an idea derived by friends in 2007 to raise breast cancer awareness while promoting local women who ROCK. This idea was such a success, and so dear to many peoples hearts, that the crew decided to have a WORII. And as expected, it was even more stellar. Women of Rock would be nothing without the kick a$$ bands (fronted by amazingly talented women), the silent auction donations, the event host, the patrons, and the most amazing charities that promote breast cancer awareness. Because of all of you, we are carrying on the tradition and hope to for many years to come.
