I volunteered to help get the southern Arizona route organized for The
Longest Walk to Reverse Diabetes because it is a cause I full ♥ believe
in. There are too many native with health problems or pre-health
problems that could be relieved or even eliminated if we change our
diet and add fitness.
The walk will start in La Jola, Ca Feb 14 and enter Yuma, Az Feb 24.
The Arizona route will for the most part follow the I-10 and exiting AZ
around Mar 16 ... and continue the southern states ending in Washington
D.C.
Your support is a great step in spreading the awareness ..
