The CD BEAUTIFUL was released in July 2007 by independent record label, Red Coyote Records, owned by Joan Enguita. The CD differs from typical compilation CDs in that every song was professionally produced by the same studio, Nashville Tracks in Los Angeles. The instrument tracks were recorded by seasoned Nashville session musicians who perform and record with well known artists.
The CD features performances by fourteen southern California women known collectively as WOMEN ON THE MOVE. Songs are in a variety of styles (pop, rock, blues, country,) and encompass various aspects of being a woman: following your dreams, love, breaking up, and leaving an abusive relationship.
