| About Women's KISS |

Women's KISS was conceived at the onset of 2005 by Susan Souza, singer/songwriter/entrepreneur and her partner, Kristin Strohecker. As of September 13, 2007 Women's KISS received exempt status from Federal income tax under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
We have worked very hard in creating a nurturing environment where artists feel appreciated for the creative contributions they are making, while an audience is exposed to talent that they might not have otherwise been exposed to.
It is very important to KISS to build relationships, with other advocates of independent artists in the music industry, that are lasting and built upon integrity, and respect. Our organizations core values will continue to be the driving force as we continue to promote the quality and diversity of female musicians through multiple changing events around the country.
