About Women's Rights To Rock- Women's Music Festival
Women's Rights To Rock ( WR2R '08 ) Marissa Legott's 7th Annual - Seneca Falls NY Women's Music Festival was born when one day. . . Marissa, who was only 8 years old at the time, had come home from Elizabeth Cady Stanton School in Historic Seneca Falls to find Dad, Mark (Legott Productions : Concert Promotion / Band Booking) at his desk and said- "Dad, we have to have a concert in the park with ONLY Female Bands during the annual -"Convention Days" Festival ! ( A Celebration of Seneca Falls, NY - Birthplace of Women's Rights ) He Said, "Marissa, you're a genius!!!!" They brought the concept to the Village Planning Department, they LOVED it. The rest is history ! The WR2R event began with just four Female Fronted Local Acts performing in one night the first year. Then after two years, it had expanded to Twelve bands in Two days. Now, in its 7th year, we're proud to announce another HUGE expansion - 3 DAYS / 30 DIVAS of ALL Musical Styles/Genres' from all over New York State + beyond !

Thank's to the Legott Fanily especially Marissa for a great time last night ! A beautiful evening of great music in Seneca Falls the home of the Womyn's Rights movement . The ride was easy and the festival was a pleasure to perform at. We had a great time !!
