....and I am a Documentary Junkie.
OOOH.. OOOOH... OOOOH... and Tim Burton stuff... "Nightmare Before Christmas" rulz.
Television
I WOULD be watching "Firefly", onaccounta it being the best new sci-fi series in the past 20 years... but it got cancelled halfway through it's first season a few years back... I WOULD be watching "Carnivale"... only I don't have HBO and it got canceled too... I have seen every episode of Smallville.. which is embarrassing enough, but as boy child of the seventies, I feel I can defend my soft spot for comic book superheroes. I have NO valid excuse for having watched almost every episode of "American Idol" and "So You Think You Can Dance".... because no valid excuse exists. It is my shame. Eat it.
Books
At the moment... "The Dragonbone Chair", the first novel in Tad Williams' Memory, Sorrow, and Thorn trilogy... which appears to be made up of four books.. and I am not buying the whole "Yeah but the last two books are really one book" thing. I know what a book is, sir.
Anyway... normally I read nonfiction almost exclusively... but I have been on a kick of reading books with swords and magic and crap lately.
Heroes
Jim Henson, Frank Oz, Chuck Jones, Mel Blanc, and Ray Harryhausen.
About me: an incredibly good looking brilliant man.
..
Who I'd like to meet: an incredibly good looking brilliant woman. ....or a dozen of them. In fact... a lost tribe of scantily clad, incredibly good looking brilliant women who have foretold the coming of me for generations and have representations of me in effigy all over their immaculately clean jungle village.
...with no other guys.
... I would also like to meet a Sleestak.
