The woodheads wurden 2008 von "Ander" Weiss (drums) , "Gringo" Call (bass) und "Jack" Zwerger (guitar,vocals) gegründet. Das Repertoire der Band besteht jeweils zur Hälfte aus Remakes und aus Eigenkompositionen. Nach einer Baby-Pause des Sängers 2009 ging es 2010 wieder zurück in den Proberaum und auf die Bühne. Musikalisch bewegt sich die Band im Bereich Rock mit einer sehr starken Punk-Schlagseite. Gecoverte Songs werden stets dem Stil der Band angepasst, sodass man eben von Remakes sprechen muss. Bei the woodheads werden Hippie-Klassiker zu Punk-Songs -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- the woodheads play together since 2008. The members are Ander Weiss on drums, Gringo Call on bass and Jack Zwerger on guitar and vocals.The band plays rock, but it's a rock with a greath punk-influence. the woodheads play their own songs, but they also do remakes.
