Influences
Ninjas, dads who take apart your toys before you can play with them, cluttered garages, poorly made instruments that somehow end up sounding awesome, the kitchen counter sans sink, 1 part harmonies
Odd times and ambient groove. Cascading loops and vocal harmonies. Home made instruments and funk for your butt.

This slide lecture features Christine Kristen, aka LadyBee, curator of art for Burning Man. She'll be discussing her ideas about art, collaboration, and community. She'll also be expanding on her on cover article in the Winter 2006 issue of "Raw Vision," "Reconnecting Art and Life at Burning Man"
www.rawvision.com/articles/57/burning_man/burning_man.html
LadyBee is the art curator for Burning Man, and has had that position since the inception of the art grant program, which she manages, in 1999. She is a former sculptor with an MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. After ten years on the art world treadmill in Chicago and New York, she moved to San Francisco, found Burning Man and never looked back. She has written on the art of Burning Man for Leonardo Journal and Raw Vision.
