TRAINING:
We train every Wednesday, 8 till 10pm @ the Hogeschool Zuyd in Heerlen (NL). If you want to attend practice, leave us a message or visit our hyves profile.
> On Wednesday November 5th we played another homegame against our friends the Heinsberg Lions. Line up for the Woodsmen: Ape, Oz, Dog-01, Dru, PouwelZ, 'Noob' Geert, and affiliate Bas. We started the game off really strong, taking the lead in the first few minutes through Dog scoring point after point. Second quarter the Germans regained their strength and continued to dominate into the 3rd quarter. The final 12 minutes we played OUR game: strong zone combined with accurate shooting, thus taking back our pride. Unfortunately the Lions were too far ahead of us by then and we ended the game 32:54.
Special thanx to the lovely ladies that came to watch the game and show support, we love you!! And to our sponsor rep Ramon and player Pr34ch, who unfortunately couldn't play that eve.

> On Friday April 25th we played a game against basketball club Dunatos, in Meerssen. Six of us against twelve of them (of whom 4 are national ranked players). We did work ..but final score was 28:93. Dru scored 5 times, PouwelZ Oz and Ape each 3x, and Shenkie once. Dog-01 did a helluva job on catching rebounds!
Also a BIG thank you to the people that came out to support us: Anneke, Chantell, Marlou, Marianne, Beum, and PouwelZ family.
> The re-match against the Heinsberg Lions on Wednesday the 26th of March ended 18:38, their favor. Eventho we lost, we had a great game again. Thank you, Lions, and goodluck in your league!!
> Januari 23rd we played a (home)game against the Heinsberg Lions, unfortunately we lost (34:58) but they we're a great team to play against. Thanx guys!

vorige week was pinkpop.. en zondag was het noggal mooi weer.. en aangezien ik eg kapot was na dii 2 dgn.. heb ik de heledag op het veld in de zon gezete.. en toen ik thuis kwam werd ik door iedereen uitgelache omdat ik een afdruk van mij veeeeeel te grote zonnebril op mn gezicht had staan..:(:(.. hihi..;)
hehe Dankudanku..;);) jaaaah met mij gaat ook alles goed..;) school gaat goed.. voorzover ik weet.. hoef er nu zoon half jaar niet meer naar toe.. loop alleenmer stage.. vind ik helemaal niet erg... en werk nog steeds bij de appie..(: et volgende gaan we maar niet over prate wat dat gaat eg kut..;);) en me broembroem doet het nog steeds.. hehe;);)
Volgende week zaterdag 3 mei barst Drum NN Bass alweer los voor de 11de keer! En dat nadat het weekend al goed is begonnen met op donderdag 1 mei Scratch; incl. Workshop van 'Nederlands Kampioen Scratchen' Flow Real, en op vrijdag 2 mei niemand minder dan Prins Extince, Cartes & Kleine Jay en de nachtploeg van Flexxfit. Wie klinkt een weekend gevuld met dope hiphop en dikke dnb niet goed in de oren?
Na 5 uitverkochte edities op rij stomen we met DNNB weer keihard door! Het podium is deze keer even internationaal als lokaal met in de DNNB-Zaal: Dirk D & MC Temper (Kings of The Jungle, Close 2 Death) uit Bremen - Duitsland, Proxima (Icon, Shogun Ltd.) uit de lichtstad Eindhoven en uit de Heerlen Massive kweekvijver de mannen Jesh (DNNB2) en Bastine! Terwijl Loudanov in de zaal zorgt voor de visuals staan in het Breaks && Beats-Cafe Visser Works (dnb/breakbeats), FreakyFantaSigi (dnb/hiphop/etc) en Engine Sound vs. Slippah (reggae/dancehall). Komende zaterdag 22 maart is er weer een knaller van een DNNB in poppodium NIEUWE NOR te Heerlen met de verste talenten uit de lage landen.
