Acoustic folk band Woodwork's sound ranges from ethereal traditional harmonies to original hard-hitting political anthems, garnished with a score of arcane and modern instruments. Our repertoire features many original compositions, Celtic tunes and songs, Byrdsy folk-rock, harmonica blues, and covers of our favorite folk singer-songwriters.
We are the "house band" at The Peace Abbey in Sherborn, MA (www.peaceabbey.org), and actively seek to do benefits for groups in greater Boston working to promote peace and social justice.
