...and for some much needed perspective...
I am a singer-songwriter, musician, engineer, and aspiring producer. As a musician I play guitar, keyboards, bass, autoharp as well as a little bit of leads and fills on harmonica, mandolin and mandola, tenor and 6 string banjo, ukulele, and oh, of course, cowbell ; ). As an engineer, I have more than sixteen years experience with live sound reinforcement, audio and video production, production management, as well as computer display and technical support. All of these songs are produced and recorded by me at my home project studio. Drums are arranged from pre-recorded samples while all other instruments are played by me unless noted. Composition and arrangement are all mine as well. If you are a producer, engineer, composer, arranger, etc. and have any constructive suggestions, please drop a note to my inbox as I am always looking to learn. I have played guitar a little since I was 12. I played bass in high school and college and track my own in the studio. 3 years ago I began to teach myself keyboard (mostly piano and organ). The other instruments I merely dabble with, but they add some nuance and distinction to recordings. Enjoy!

August 32rd I think. I will have to check again if I can find the announcement and let you know for sure. Sunday I was laid out completely and utterly sick. I missed not being mobile as well. I am still not over it. It sucks. But yeah, I'll check the show and let you know.
ok so in the true sense of pseudo-irony, Randall Bramblett and Dubconscious are playing about a month apart, for relatively cheap, here in the AUG in August and Sept. just random.
How U been ? How's summer treating you ? I did a mini road-trip last weekend down to Eugene to see Ratdog... but no major road trips this year with the price of gas... Yikes!!! Anyway hope is all is well in your world... cheers woody

ok so shame on me for JUST now starting to listen to The Wailin Jennys despite your prompting before. I should ALWAYS remember that you're the awesomest and not wait til my own time to get to the music. I think you should incorporate the rest of Old Man into your Fire on the Mountain, but with harmonies like their version. I can probably get my voice around the high notes. Jussayin. And apologies again for taking my sweet time to your recommendations.
