About me:
The Woody Hoodies are 4 people on a maiden voyage driving our £100 19 year old 535i from Calais to Rimini as part of the 2008 Scally Rally. We will be raising money for Adoption UK along the way, and, whether brave or mad, we will also be driving the beauty home again.....about 2,800 miles in total!!
The Scally Rally consists of 100 cars undertaking daily challenges on the trip from Calais to Rimini. As cars have to cost £100 or less, the first challenge was finding a car! The second was getting it from Bristol to Woodford, third was getting it to move under it's own steam .... and we expect more along the road to Rimini, not least of all the 47 hairpin bends on the Stelvio pass!
We are raising money for Adoption UK, based locally in Banbury and where a quarter of the team works! If you wish to donate please click on the JustGiving link below. All donations are gratefully received.
