Walking marathons with Team in Training (5 down by 40, 20 more to go!), snapping millions of pictures and getting a few dozen good ones, predicting the future and making it happen.

Anything you can swing, waltz, maybe a little mambo and two step to. Hiphop's great as long as I don't need to know the words and I have a lot of fluids nearby. The songs on my playlist are the ones that remind me of special times, fun times and that I should be making today the best time of my life.
Movies
Princess Bride, Shawshank Redemption, Lord of the Rings, Serendipity, Serenity, 2001, Better Off Dead. Jackie Chan movies. Movies to inspire the underdogs - Mighty Ducks, Akellah and the Bee and Eight Below (literally, the underdogs!). Any movies with Dancing as a main theme.
Television
Sci-Fi and Fantasy - Heroes, Battlestar Galactica, BRING BACK FIREFLY!!, Grey's Anatomy, CSI (Classic), Las Vegas (hey, it's just eye candy with good dialog) - and reality shows - classics like Survivor and Amazing Race.
If it's something that could happen to me or someone I know, I'd rather just go out and experience it instead of watching it!
Books
Illusions (Bach), any kind of psychology about understanding behavior and motivations, Belgariad, Mallorean, Harry Potter.

About me: Most people tell me they think I'm 30, my knees tell me I'm 50 and I act like I'm 20, at least outside of the confines of the corporation (and occasionally within). Somewhere therein lies reality.
I'm a Myers Briggs ENFP (strong on the F and P), so people come first. I have an over-developed Champion mentality and a thirst for understanding the human condition. My friends and family mean more to me than anything. I try to fix things where I can help and try to listen where I can't.
I like people who are genuine and deep and I admire people who know what they want. If you have drama or excitment in your life, if you have a dream, a vision, or a goal, I'll sit with you and chat or read your blog and comment.
It's a dirty secret, but I don't see the sense in paying the price of a gallon of milk for a small drink at Stabucks, but I'd go for a venti half-caf single shot, non-fat, light whipped cream, three pump vanilla, peppermint hot chocolate if it gets me some good company and out of work for 15 minutes.
I love to dance and I've got rhythm, drunk or not. I like to sing and I think I can do it well, but that's probably more in the drunk area.
My super powers include the ability to yawn with my mouth closed (great for meetings), drinking room temperature coffee and soda and the ability to rationalize anything. I boycott products with annoying commercials and I invariably root for the underdogs. In the past few years, I've discovered it's a lot of fun to watch life happen, but even more fun to MAKE it happen.
I enjoy the journey more than the destinations which means I never really get anywhere.
But I'm making great time :)!

I can no longer take blog subscription requests if you're not my friend (and that means you have to send me something for me to want to get to know you). I know I'm probably missing out, but there are only so many hours in a day.
Who I'd like to meet? Anyone with a story to tell. MySpace is my virtual coffee house. I come here to have a cup of life, to laugh, to be moved, to think, to wonder, safe from the realities of, well... reality. If I never meet mySpace friends in person, it doesn't mean they're still not my friend!
