    I thought, of all the guys available, Maclin was the wrong guy. He's a DeSean Jackson clone of sorts, Philly needs someone bigger and more physical like Nicks or Britt. Between Brown, Jackson, Curtis, they have way too many small dudes running routes and nobody to go get the ball in the redzone.


    ATL is so screwed on Defense, as long as they stayed away from the DE position we were set with whatever they picked.
    We wound up with a DT and safety, both will probably start, now we just need a few linebackers, about three cornerbacks, another safety, lol

    We picked up this one cat, 6' 220lb safety out of Missouri. He reminds me a lot of Donovin Darius, the big physical safety that played for Syracuse and eventually Jacksonville when our Head Coach (Mike Smith) coached the JAgs.

    Cards will reportedly take a 2nd Rounder for Boldin (instead of a 1st) and the Eagles are the only team interested I think. I just read it a minute ago. But Arizona doesn't want to trade him to an NFC team, so you guys still might lose out.


    I wouldn't be surprised of 'zona moves dude tomorrow before the Draft.

    Actually, I finished exactly one point behind the leader, who is from Levittown of all places. I have to mail his winnings pretty soon. He won my Fantasy Football League in 2007 as well. Not much going on with me. Work is starting to get busy. We got so slow (Retail Distribution Center) for a while that I was leaving early or 2 minutes after I walked in the door voluntarily for like 3 months straight.

    No LJ Smith. Instead I keep seeing 1st Round Mock Drafts that have us taking that 6'6" TE Pettigrew .. who is a glorified blocker at best, or the 5'8" Wake Forest CB who runs slow ass 4.6's ..

    In fact I'm considering buying a plane ticket to ATL and heading down to try out to play some Defense, since we let go of starters in: DT Grady Jackson, LB Michael Boley, LB Keith Brooking, CB Domonique Foxworth and good ol' S Lawyer Milloy .. must be we're not going to play any D this year.

    Been pretty good, thanks for asking. Looking forward to the Carolina game more than the Falcon game today .. if they lose we're the #2 seed in the NFC or something. Syracuse finally got a new Football Coach, so that'll make things interesting next year at the Carrier Dome. Christmas was pretty sweet, a lot of money/gift cards, bought Snowshoes and some other gear recently with the funds.


    I keep hearing that the economy has been obliterated down there in your hood .. you getting by or what? Still employed? Make out like a thief in the night over Christmas?

    Falcons are unreal .. Turner is unreal. I know with White, this probably sounds stupid, but Harry Douglas I believe is our best wide out dude. This is a guy who caught over 2,400 worth of balls in 2 years with Louisville, against many tough Big East secondaries (Darelle Revis, etc) .. he slide in the draft because of his size/lack of speed but he will come along. As for the Eagles, McNabb will go .. I beleive Reid will stay, which is bullshit. The bogus playcalling will remain as a result. Jim Johnson should be the fucking Head Coach. They seriously need a new design on Offense. Someone that will use Westbrook.
